How To Vet A Label
Before ordering any supplement, a few honest checks can help you avoid disappointment — and worse. Here's what we recommend checking, no matter which product you're considering.
Look For A Full Ingredient List
Reputable supplements disclose every active ingredient and its amount, typically on a Supplement Facts panel. If a product's marketing page doesn't show this anywhere, that's worth pausing on.
Check For A Manufacturer Name And Contact
Legitimate sellers are generally easy to identify and contact. Vague or missing maker information is a common red flag across the supplement industry.
Be Skeptical Of Extreme, Specific Claims
Claims of dramatic, rapid physical change from a dietary supplement fall well outside typical, realistic outcomes for this category. Modest, gradual claims about energy, comfort, or confidence are far more common in legitimate products.
Confirm Refund Terms Before You Buy
Not every product discloses a money-back guarantee upfront. Confirm the return policy in writing, ideally in your order confirmation email, before you complete a purchase.
An Honest Note
We apply these same standards to ourselves: see our own ingredient transparency note for what we could and couldn't confirm about VigorHorse.
